In the midst of the Hong Kong Crusade, Jiro Mochizuki, known as the Silver Blade (Gintō), an Old Blood vampire, emerged victorious after clashing with the Kowloon king and most of the Kowloon Children. A decade later, Jiro sets out for Hong Kong alongside his younger brother, Kotaro Mochizuki, with the aim of reaching The Special Zone, a clandestine city where vampires reside, isolated from the human-dominated areas. However, they soon discover that survivors of the Kowloon Children are scheming to infiltrate The Special Zone. As they journey towards their destination, Jiro confronts adversaries from the past and new dangers that threaten not only the safety of The Special Zone but also its inhabitants. Kotaro's abduction by one of the Kowloon Children plunges him deeper into the conflict. Amidst the turmoil, Jiro crosses paths with a human girl named Mimiko.
